Return and Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via a permanent data carrier within this period. The address info@panizsima.com can be used for the withdrawal notice.

 

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn,
  • With its tags attached,
  • In its original packaging,
  • Complete and undamaged.

The invoice or proof of purchase must also be sent together with the product.

Following the withdrawal notice, the Seller will provide the Buyer with a return shipping label and information regarding the return process.

Returns sent without a prior withdrawal notice will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Products

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products made to order or personalized for the individual,
  • Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene (cosmetics, personal care products, etc.),
  • Gift cards.

If you are unsure whether a specific product is eligible for return, we recommend contacting the Seller before making a purchase.


Damaged or Defective Products

The product must be inspected after the order is delivered.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the Seller must be contacted immediately so that the issue can be identified.

In such cases, the Buyer’s legal rights are reserved.


Refunds

Once the returned product reaches the Seller, it will be inspected, and if the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days using the Buyer’s original payment method.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by banks or credit card providers.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@panizsima.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
